The Arise Basketball Fundamentals Program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation in basketball while having fun and developing confidence on the court.

The Arise Middle School Basketball League provides a competitive and developmental platform for student-athletes in grades 6–8 to elevate their game.

Arise Basketball’s Friday Night Lights workouts are a fun, high-energy basketball development program for boys and girls ages 8–10. Running for 12 weeks from January 9th through March 27th, this program focuses on fundamentals, skill development, confidence building.

The Arise Foundation invites your school to participate in our upcoming Arise Basketball Prep School Showcase, taking place on Monday, October 27th, from 6:00 PM to 8:15 PM.

Sharpen your game with Arise’s high-energy skill sessions designed for serious student-athletes. Each workout blends fundamental skill work, game-speed reps, and basketball IQ so players translate training to real competition.
