Job Overview:
Arise Sports is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Youth sports Coach to support our team during peak operational hours. This position is ideal for someone organized, professional, and passionate about youth sports and community development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist participants, families, and staff
   

• Manage attendance records and documentation
   

• Organize schedules and maintain calendars
   

• Handle emails, calls, and basic administrative communication
   

• Support event prep and logistics when needed
   

 

Qualifications:

• Must be 14 years or older 
   

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, Microsoft & Excel Proficient
   

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
   

• Dependable, punctual and Detail Oriented
   

• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
