Arise Girls Basketball is designed to empower young female athletes to build confidence, leadership, and elite-level skills on and off the court. Our training focuses on ball handling, shooting mechanics, defensive intensity, game-speed drills, and high-IQ decision-making to prepare players.

About the event
Arise Girls Basketball practices will take place every Monday from 6:00pm–7:00pm and are designed specifically for girls ages 7–13 years old to learn, grow, and compete in a positive environment. Each session will include fundamental skill development such as ball handling, shooting form, footwork, passing, defensive drills, and controlled scrimmages to build confidence, teamwork, and game understanding while having fun.
